With over 30 years of combined experience, Coach RJ and Coach Jairo have worked across multiple levels of the game. What sets us apart is our approach: at the youth level, we don’t just see teams—we see individuals.
Individual Player Development
Every player is developed with a personalized, season-by-season plan based on their current level. That might mean improving their weak foot, learning to control aerial balls, building physical strength, or enhancing coordination. This individualized approach allows each player to grow at their own pace and prepares them for the next level.
Preparing Players for the Next Level
Our goal is to help players progress into top development pathways such as OPDL in Ontario, and earn opportunities with elite programs like Woodbridge, Vaughan, or Pickering.

But more importantly, we’re looking for players who want it.
They don’t need to be elite or highly skilled when they arrive—what matters most is their desire to learn and improve. If you bring the commitment and passion, we will show you the path.
